                    A  C H A I N  o f  L Y N X

Welcome to the Lynx section of the DRAGONOPOLIS Mall & Emporium. It's really the "Links" section, but Bobi (that's him on the right over there) insisted that I spell it properly (according to him). He's what's known as a dragobcat -- a hybrid cross between a dragon and a bobcat. If interested, you can find him and his many friends in DRAGONOMICON.

Listed here in no particular order are links to other websites that I believe you will find particularly interesting for one reason or another, all of them good. Some are sites which boast outstanding art of one sort or another, while others are homes to books or other content which I believe possess extraordinary merit. I've also thrown in some miscellaneous links which are either educational, entertaining, or both.

Be sure to look for the two (maybe three) links on this page that go straight to my eBooks on Amazon.com. Helpful hint: That's them right below. The two big blue buttons. Yes, them.

My Author Page on Amazon.com
The link above will take you directly to my personal
page and profile on Amazon. Go there if you just
can't get enough of me. Or better yet, to see all
my eBooks together, by themselves, without any
annoying distractions from the competition.

Jump to my Kindle eBooks @ Amazon.com
Use this button to see my eBooks as they normally appear
in Amazon's Kindle store. Can you tell I wanted to
make sure these particular links weren't overlooked?

   Important note:
Please be aware that clicking on any of the links below will take you directly to another website and the "back" button or arrow may or may not return you to this page. To be safe, you might want to first bookmark this site DRAGONOPOLIS before jumping to another location. Okay, so this is really just my way of getting you to bookmark my site, making all your future visits that much easier. Sneaky, I know. Hard to believe I'm not a gazillionaire by now.

S O C I A L

01. Real life WWII hero Max Ciampoli was a secret agent under the direct command of Winston Churchill.
02. World renown artist Brian Davis gives Nature a run for its pollen. Bees must get very confused.
03. Interacting with animals can extend your lifespan. Horses are great therapy for improving life, especially for young people.
04. For 28 years the Good Life People have been providing natural solutions to caring for your skin and protecting it from the sun.
05. It wasn't until 1998 that I discovered the BeeGees had done much more than Disco songs. A. Lot. More.
06. Similar to what Newton and Einstein did for physics, Ayn Rand and Alfred Korzybski gave us new insights into philosophy. Here's Ayn's story.
07. Alfred Korzybski is one of the least familiar giants of both Eastern and Western thought delving into the true nature of existence. Here's his story.
08. Had Rand and Korzybski dated, you'd have found them at the Institute for General Semantics. Go here to give your brain an oil change and radiator flush.
09. My author page on Amazon. In case you missed the other 127 links scattered throughout the site. Well, 129 if you count the two above. But who's counting?
10. You don't need a Kindle to read Kindle books. Click here to download Amazon's free software that let's you read any Kindle book any time, anywhere.
11. You can also find me on Goodreads which is now part of Amazon. Note how I use news reports to sneak in a personal ad. Pretty sneaky, I know.

"We ought not rejoice in the miseries suffered by the most despicable among us, anymore than they had celebrated the dupery imposed upon the most innocent of their victims."

P O L I T I C A L

"There is no difference between Communism and Socialism except in the means of achieving the same, ultimate end: Communism proposes to enslave men by force, Socialism . . . by vote. It is merely the difference between murder and suicide."
    -- Ayn Rand

01. The Avalon Project is a rich resource of historical documents. Available to read or download, this site records America's legacy, both old and new.

02. The Atlas Economic Research Foundation is involved with championing free-market capitalism throughout the international community.

03. The Heritage Foundation remains a stalwart of conservative thought and principles.

04. The Cato Institute
promotes American public policy based on individual liberty, limited government, free markets and peaceful international relations.

05. Hillsdale College is where America goes to learn about America. One of the country's greatest, most respected, and long lived institutions.

06. Hillsdale College's Free Online Courses are exactly that. Tune in and tune-up your knowledge of all things American.

07. Since 1979, the Leadership Institute has been training young conservatives about campaigns, fundraising, grassroots organizing, youth politics, and ...

08. Young America's Foundation is an important part of The Reagan Foundation focusing on the youthful among us. If you like Ronald Reagan, check it out.

09. The Reagan Foundation and Library. This is home to everything Ronald Reagan, one of the great presidents in our history. Maybe the greatest.

10. Michelle Malkin is one of my favorite commentators and political analysts alive today. Maybe my favorite of all. Where's cloning when we need it?

11. The Mark Levin Show. Probably the best conservative talk-show host ever, second only to his friend, Rush Limbaugh. But even that's a close call.

12. Syndicated Talk-Show host, Mark Levin, might well be likened to Moses showing a wayward people how to find their way back home.

13. Rush Limbaugh. What can you say? Compared to Mark Levin whose podcasts are free 24/7, Rush is both free and fee. And worth every penny/dollar.

By dragons, for dragons. There's some serious stuff going on at this haven getaway for reptiles born into human bodies. Catering to a variety of tastes and interests, you can also rate other dragon-related sites.

Littledragoncastle

Any dragon worth their fire and smoke is a member of this family of fine folks who blow-off steam by judging other people's websites. That's not all they do, which means you need to go there and dig your claws (or talons) into this dragonderful place.

Dragons and more dragons. Fairies and more fairies. Fine jewelry, sculptures for home & garden, garments, and figurines. A gorgeous lair full of fantasy regalia, trappings, and quality accoutrements of every style and description.

Yedragonslair

Quite literally, and literarily, a site to behold. I was both amazed and impressed by the quality, content, and quantity of what this site offers. Lots of great art, lots of unusual dragons, lots of fun stories -- and an extraterrestrial or two just to keep you on your toes. You can't see everything on one visit, but maybe on your second or third. With a wonderful playground like this, who cares?
Picture

Donspace

Aka "My Heart's Journey" this site reflects on one man's personal sojourn through life via his poems, prose, faith, and autobiographical sketches. Planes, trains, and automobiles? Don's your guy. He is also an active member of the Little Dragon Castle website. Drop by and say hello.

"Because I Said So."
Hez's site is a quiet little clearing in the forest where you can rest, read, and smile. Dolls, Bases, Avatars, Pixels, Links, Writings, Gifts, & Guestbook. This is the same Hez who did the beautiful unicorn below. Visiting her site is like stepping from the yellow-brick-road and finding a pretty blue garden filled with delicate delights.

Elainesangels

Elaine is a terrific writer and poet whose work includes devotional pieces dedicated to friends and other special people in her life.  This is a quiet, peaceful place aimed at both personal reflection and recollection. Less tranquil, however, are the hot rod cars to be found here. Need a beautifully knitted afghan to keep warm in that convertible? This is the place. Are you getting the idea yet?

This was such a lovely piece of animated art by Hez from Hezzie.net,
I felt it deserved its own little niche on the lynx page. It was originally a link to
Don's site which gave him an additional plug. In retrospect, I wonder if I should
have charged him extra when I could? Never mind, I wasn't charging anything
to begin with; I should have paid him.
